Do the employee know product, service and conditions. I walked in spoke with person they hire and I guess trained asked if I needed to do anything I was going to be moving out NO.
After you move out just let us know... DID I SAY THERE EMPLOYEE..YES it was not easy.
Moved out on the 1st of the month by 10am charged a fulll month rent. Then i get to talk to the *** that know the policy where were they when I was asking the questions.
Email my complaint, still no reply no calll nothing, and yes DENNISE knew the answer where they when I ask 2 to 3 months before moving out of the state...
