My unit was broken into and now has black mold all throughout it and has over $1000 worth of damage...they tell me in June that my insurance on the unit was terminated in October and no one told me about it at anytime between then and now. Now they expect me to keep paying storage fees when my unit isn't safe secure or even being monitored by video. What am I paying over $100 a month for if all my stuff is ruined??
