I rented a space from PS and someone had stolen my drivers license so my friend put it in his name. The lady working there knew all of this because we had explained to her the situation.

We used my email address and I paid for the unit myself. I received an email stating he was behind on a payment. I caught up$200 in payments and, since I was moving, wanted to get my things out of the unit and was told I could not unless my friend was with me. I could not reach him and he had moved.

The lady who ran this facility was rude! Very rude! She was a smart-ass every time I called and said there is nothing she can do, although she knew the entire story. I called the DM in charge of the Fairfield, OH area.

He would not return my calls. Being told I could not get my things, but letting me make the payments is messed up, to say the least. I am still trying to get my things out and it is behind again!

And, yet again, I am sure they will let me make another payment! Angry
