I was supposed to.pay my stroage.thismonth ilost.my job I'm.not trying lose my things I don't have any relative in Houston to borrow I don't get a half of check on the 5th as of right now 60bucks

Public Storage Rental Review
In May 2016 my bill was $128 in June 2016 it was $136 now I am looking at July 2016 bill and it is saying $146.91!!!! I pay my bill at least 2 days before it is due and have had this unit for four years. These people are criminals!

Public Storage Storage Unit Review
After calling to find out what time the location on E loop 820 closed, at 6pm, I got there right at 5:30. Then she informed me that there wasnt enough time for her rent me a storage & that (she needed 40 minutes) I should just reserve one online for tomorrow. That's ok I found another storage facility willing to stay open a few extra minutes & take my years rental fee in advance.

I HAD A STORAGE WITH THEM FOR E MONTHS PS IS THE WORST STORAGE COMPANY I GAVE VER DEALT WITH. THEY ALWAYS FIND SOME WAY TO RAISE YOUR RENT OR FIND A WAY TO PLACE A LIEN ON YOUR ITEMS. I WAS 3 MONTHS BEHIND PAID IN FULL. WENT TO MY STORAGE WAS STILL SUSPENDED AND LOCKED...Read more

Public Storage - Review from Houston, Texas
After my rent was raised to $141 for a 5x10 space, I went online and discovered that if I was a new customer I could get the same space for less than $100 per month. When I called to complain they reduced my rent to $112 for 6 months. I was a customer for 8 years. I'm taking my business to ProGuard. Public Storage doesn't reward customer loyalty. They give the lowest rates to new customers. If you're still a customer shop your rate every year.
