Do not have old drivers license info...cannot access account. But they take my money every month without question.

Charged a late fee when the check was sent on the 2nd of Feb. Cannot have productive conversation regarding acct. Being told to go to the closest location to update the info.... okay the closest location is 47 miles and I do not have a car.

Okay fax it to us.... and go to a business service center and pay to fax.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I didn't like: Lie about how much it cost to open the space.

How much $ ?

Don't call, don't drive.

Communicate in WRITING to the highest level of the company and be sure to send your correspondence via Certified Mail return receipt requested. Question - why do you continue to store items that are so far away that you have to drive 47 miles to change some info ?

If it's all so valuable, keep it near you ; if not pitch it all and forget about it because it's just getting moldy and dirty sitting somewhere in storage. NO CALLS. NO VISITS. NO E-MAILS.

Ineffective and easy to ignore. You must instead establish a verifiable time line and jeep copies of anything you send or receive.

Keep it factual, polite, state the issues, your attempted remedies, and the remedy that you desire from the company. And keep it to one side of one sheet ; state that you will allow 7 business days for a reply before escalating your claim.
