Public Storage - The worst customer service EVER

I have never met such unethical and bias professionals in my lifetime. They take pleasure in ripping the community off with hidden fees and agendas. They go through your belongings in hopes to sell off everything you worked for I have contacted the news media and the better business bureau .

Public Storage - Complaint on associate

I was speaking with an associate and instead of him listening he threatened to call the police because be said I disagreed with him. Not because I threatened him which I didn’t not because I yelled at him which I didn’t but because I disagreed with him. This is inexcusable. I signed up on 9/22, paid a full month rent at sign up but they never charge me the prorated October rent approx $64 (10/22 - 10/31). I paid this prorated rent in full on 10/22, it was apparently due on 10/21, a Sunday. They are charging me a $34 late fee for 1 day...

Alsip Public Storage - Numerous Failings!

Unprofessional and lazy personnel, dirty, unkempt facility, lack of normal maintenance, lighting so poor and lights out for over 5 months had to use flash lights, terrible security - gates constantly wide open and elevators that were left unlocked or did not work. Got out of there within 6 months. Do not recommend!!! Pricey!

Public Storage - No body is on the office from hour

I had a reservation to put my stuff in storage. I have been calling for over 2 1/2 hours and no one has answered the phone I have been waiting for an hour and a half if not more. I have rented a vehicle which is paid by the hour and it is making me go over and pay more for my vehicle I have called every number online and I have still not spoken to anyone nor have I been able to put my stuff in storage
