Public Storage SUCKS!

every time I come to a facility, any facility, I have to wait till someone comes back to open the office. Every time, every month! This is totally unacceptable. I can’t pay over the phone due to the ridiculous fee and I can’t pay online cause I can’t get into my account. Who the runs a business like this?!
