This is after they raised my rent $16. You would think that would pay for any credit card processing, don't you think? Called my storage office directly several times today. NO ANSWER. I'm an on-time customer and this is my reward. Public Storage--out of there ASAP...

I closed my account 2nd day of the month and Public Storage charged me with the automatic payment the whole month 1st day of the month. Do I should have a reimbursement?
