Good evening, My name is Mrs.Wynette James and My storage unit#2198 was mishandled by the Public Storage on 10855 NW 7th Avenue Miami, Florida 33168.I really need to speak to a supervisor or who this may concern....There are some very very important papers and medications that was in the storage unit that I was renting and I really, really am asking for those things back please thank you...

I did tried to call and contact with the district manager several times and I also left my name and cell phone number and didn't get No response at all, not even a message on my voicemail....The medications was in a black duffle bag and very very important papers that was in two white dresser stands....
