Turnaround Time

In October 2018 we moved from a 10X10 storage unit to a 5X10 unit. We paid full price for both units and were promised a reimbursement for the 10X10 unit of $190.

It is now the end of November 2018 and so far the company has refused to issue us a check for amount promised $190. We leave messages with District Manager and Corporate manager and both have failed to return our calls.

I am not sure how to handle this issue.

Sacramento County District Attorney issues the licenses to Public Storage so it may be i will have to file a report and take Public Storage to small claims court. Seems like a real waste of time for all because of poor business practices.

So byer be ware of this company, they have no customer service and if there is an issue there is no place to file a complaint with this company that has any intention of responding.
