I rented a unit in October 2017 and have paid each month.They charge a $30 late fee on the 6th.
This month I was late paying my rental. After I paid this month and my next months rental, I received an email stating I need to replace my lock. Apparently the district manager cut my $20 lock off and now I'm expected to buy another lock. When I asked why this happened, I was told it's the Ga lien law.
This is some real ***! I can see this happening after 30 days or more, but not after 20 days. I will not recommend this facility to anyone I know.
I'll be glad when I can get my belongings and cease business with them.This is beyond unfair and unethical.
