I have made several attempts at resolving an issue my daughter had with one of your storage units. I have called and left several messages to pay the balance owed.

No one returns a call and there are no customer service representative to answer a phone.

You can continue to add additional fees and costs to an account that cannot be paid except by me. Your customer service is horrible.

Product or Service Mentioned: Public Storage Storage Unit.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $287.

Call customer service directly at Corporate Office. 866-684-6436.

If the unit is in your daughter's name, they will want to speak only to her and they will ask for her Driver's license number to verify. You daughter signed the lease, because of privacy policies, they can only discuss the account with the person that signed the lease.
