Still a bad company.

Original review posted by user Nov 07, 2016

Don't like the place.Their Arrow Road location is overran with mice (rats).

Public Storage will not pay you for any damages to your property, even if the mice ate their way into your locker and damage your stuff. They will tell you to get insurance from them to cover for this.

And there is no heat in the buildings, so the lockers are not temperature controlled. In the winter it is as cold inside the lockers, as it is outside and your stuff will freeze. Any liquid things you have in your locker will freeze.

Also their $1.00 for the first month promotion is really not true. It is ***. What you end up paying for the first month is nearly $60.00 in administration fee and tax. Not exactly a dollar.

Plus the management is not nice.

They watch you all the time, as if you're a thief.Their lockers are expensive considering the size of the units, so you're better off going somewhere else.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to issue a full refund. nbrooks is overall dissatisfied with Public Storage. BEWARE, OF PUBLIC STORAGE, ON ARROW ROAD, IN TORONTO.

You may fall for their promotion, but after that it is pure harassment and infringements on your legal rights.1.THEY THINK

THAT THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, IS UNILATERAL.

2. YOU CAN'T GET ANYWHERE, ABOVE THE DISTRICT MANAGER,

WITH PUBLIC STORAGE, UNLESS YOU SUE THEM. 3. THEY SPY ON YOU AT ALL TIMES.

4. THEY RAISE THE RENT ALL THE TIME.

5. THEIR UNITS ARE COLD AND FREEZING. 6.

THE STAFF AT ARROW ROAD, IS RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR

PROPERTY, OR YOU. 7. THEY BREACH YOUR PRIVACY AND WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. (Which you can also sue them over that).

8. PUBLIC STORAGE IS "BEHIND TIMES", AS FAR AS THEIR UNITS. NOT KEEPING UP TO DATE, SUCH AS HAVING HEAT IN THE BUILDING. (Do you want your glassware, (or china, leather and other delicate items) to crack?.

Or to be extremely cold and uncomfortably, when accessing your property, that are in storage, at all Public Storage facilities?. Then this is what you actually get for your money). I have been harassed, by the Manager Faried and by Saad. They are very cocky about it too.

Some of the harassment included, raising the rent whenever they want. And telling you that if you don't like it, to go somewhere else. Not exactly nice people to deal with. Saad, "I am going to raise your rent, if you don't punch in your code, every time you came in at the gate".

"We are doing a fire drill that is...

That is exactly what I will be doing, at the end of the month, to move my property out of their storage facility. Plus sue them for the injury to my hearing! And for discrimination, in their treatment of some of the tenants. Let's see how cocky they will be then.

As for Oskar, you people need to know, that he comes around to my locker, EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN THERE. FOR YEARS! (I have been putting up with them, for a few years now. But no more).

He pretends to be sweeping the area, (but only a few feet from my locker and I mean every *** time!). God knows that I am telling the truth.

If they think that they can push you around, Public Storage staff at the Arrow Road facility, will do just that.Better yet, take your business elsewhere.
