Getting screwed

Very dissatisfied. You have advertisements for the same Complex for storage units bigger than the one I have for a third The price.
I've been a customer 9 years They seem like the longer you there.The more you charge, no royalty discount.Never been late on Payment.

But yeah, but yet you raise the price. Close to a $100 every year.

My unit's been broken in too. You won't tell me if you have video of the break In or not.

Lousy. Stressful.

rude, worst experience I have ever had with a company I di business with. I had a space with them for almost 20 years and because my credit card company screwed up they were
putting a lien on my property. Very threatening. If there is another storage company I would recommend using that one.

After all of the drama, they offered to bring my 597.oo charge to 450.

for the next month. Joke.

I have never in my life dealt with a more obnoxious company. Upon moving out, I was told that I could not get a prorated rate for that month because I got a prorate on my second month.

I believed what I was told but when I checked later I saw that I've always paid the exact same amount. I got in touch with customer service and they were WILDLY unhelpful. They kept repeating that I couldn't get a reimbursement for the month of move out and completely ignored everything I said about being told my second month was prorated. When someone finally addressed what I was saying (three representatives later) they told me that they don't prorate: period.

I asked why I was lied to by the office manager and I got no answer and no help. I also overpaid for one month and when I asked about at least getting that back (literally $3) I was told that they can no longer do reimbursements because my account was closed. This was the day I closed the account, not even 3 hours later.

Save yourself the time, money, and stress and just go somewhere else. When a $58 billion company fights you over $63, the corporate greed is nauseatingly obvious.
