The storage unit charged me AFTER I moved out on July 26. I went in the day I moved out & told the girl here's my key & when I tried to tell her my name & unit she interrupted me, said go back get the lock throw it away & wouldn't even take my name.

But they charged me 9 days after I moved out on Aug 3. Now she said a manager has to approve the refund but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. She could had told me that I could go online & put in a move out date but she was not helpful or friendly. I found out about the move out date option when I went on line on Aug 3.

I remembered I had signed up on line, so I went to make sure they couldn't keep taking money out of my bank but my public storage account has "rejected move out date" whatever that means. All I get is recorded messages no matter which number I call.

I will NEVER USE you guys again. If I have to I will go to the news channel that fights crooked companies.

The public storage unit is at 3150 44th St Kansas City, KS
