Rented a storage shed 15 days later I came to bring a load and there was a sign saying now closed at 6 pm. That is not what I agreed to I don't get off work till six thirty. I'm told administrative fee is non transferable so I am forced to move to another place as these hours do not work for me
Public Storage - Consistently increasing fees every 6 months
They notified me by email regarding fee changes...went to pay monthly bill and was charged additional fees. Called office manager 1st time and was told it is in signed agreement, just went to pay fees again and bill has gone up again. If I had known upfront I would have included this information in deciding my selection for a storage facility.
