BEEN AT THIS LOCATON FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL......DON'T SIGN UP HERE, WILL BE A MASSIVE HEADACHE. UNECESSARY FEES AND DISPUTES OVER FACILTY AND MANAGEMENT.......

WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS HERE UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT CAME INTO TO OPERATE THIS FACILTY JUNE 2018, SINCE THEN, A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.....WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! STAFF IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL PROVIDING NEXT TO NOTHING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEW FEES ARE APPLIED WHILE NOT DISCLOSING TO TENANTS, UNFORTUNATE FOR RIVER OAKS COMMUNITY IN DEALING WITH THIS LOCALLY. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL CHANGE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD GOING FORWARD, BUT FOR NOW, CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE THIS FACILITY.

THIS ALONGSIDE, HOMELESS TENANTS LIVING IN THE FACILITY, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE ASAP!

HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO REGIONAL MANAGER. REGIONAL MANAGER IS NON EXISTANT FOR CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, WHILE IMPOSING HUNDREDS IN UNECESSARY FEES TO CUSTOMERS!

There may have been a change as to who works in the office, but it was Corporate office that changed company policy on not prorating the last month. I really wish the customers stop blaming someone with a nametag in the office for all the insane rules, fees and changes in policy.

Do you really think those decisions are made by a minimum wage employee with a name tag?? Laughable! Your complaint is with Corporate Office. I'm sorry they have idiots in the office.

The newer employees are very often younger people that want to sit on their phones all day. I assure you we are not all like that.
